Client Servicing
Managing e-commerce delivery and digital operations across two i-SENS brands.
I managed digital projects for i-SENS across Momsense and CareSens, serving as the main coordination point between the client and internal design and development teams. My work covered a new e-commerce build, website and campaign updates, content registration, service improvements, QA, releases, and ongoing operations.
How do you keep two brands moving across builds and ongoing operations?
The account covered two brands with different audiences and operational needs: Momsense required a new commerce experience, while CareSens involved an established service with recurring updates and improvements. At the same time, campaign pages, products, content, and client requests continued to move on separate timelines, requiring clear prioritization and coordination across teams.
One workflow from request to release
I turned client requests into defined tasks, aligned requirements and schedules with designers and developers, coordinated content and assets, reviewed implementation through QA, and tracked each item through release and ongoing operation.
Momsense E-Commerce Build
Coordinated the new Momsense e-commerce site from requirements through launch, covering Cafe24 setup and customization, page and feature planning, product and content registration, design and development coordination, responsive implementation, QA, and launch preparation.
CareSens Service Operations
Managed ongoing CareSens website operations and service improvements, including insurance-claim content, service pages, product updates, implementation reviews, and cross-page QA.
Commerce & Content Operations
Coordinated recurring commerce and content updates across CareSens, managing client requests, assets, production schedules, QA, and releases.
2 Brands
Managed concurrent digital work across Momsense and CareSens with different commerce, content, and service requirements.
Build → Operations
Continued managing the account beyond initial delivery through recurring website, commerce, and content operations.
End-to-End Coordination
Connected client requirements with planning, design, development, content, QA, approval, and release.
What I learned?
Plan beyond launch
A commerce site needs to work not only at launch, but through continuous product, campaign, and content changes.
The project taught me to consider operational workflows and maintainability while planning the initial delivery.
Make requests actionable
Client requests often started as business needs rather than production-ready specifications.
Defining affected pages, required assets, dependencies, priorities, and schedule impact made collaboration with designers and developers much more efficient.
