Cross-functional Coordination

Maintaining quality across a multi-service hospitality ecosystem.

ANANTI operates multiple hospitality and lifestyle services across its properties, membership, and digital platforms.I coordinated ongoing improvements across multiple domains, covering shared login and navigation, property-specific pages, campaign and event releases, and detailed QA across design and development deliverables.

Challenge

How do you maintain quality and consistency across multiple digital services?

ANANTI operated across multiple domains and property-specific services, with detailed standards for design, development, and production deliverables.Even small changes could affect shared components or multiple pages, making cross-site consistency and thorough QA essential to every release.

Solution

Quality control across every release

I coordinated requirements and production across designers and developers, reviewed deliverables against client standards, tracked cross-site dependencies, and conducted detailed QA before release.

Outcomes

Maintained quality across multiple domains

Coordinated and reviewed recurring changes across connected services and property-specific sites.

Supported continuous campaign delivery

Managed campaign and event pages alongside ongoing service improvements and operational requests.

Continued through contract extension

Supported the ongoing client relationship through a subsequent contract period.

Reflection

What I learned?

Small changes can have a wide impact

Working across connected services showed me that a seemingly small change to login, navigation, or shared components could affect many pages and user journeys.

Understanding dependencies and testing changes in context became essential to reliable ongoing operations.

QA is part of coordination

Frequent releases made QA an important part of my role rather than a final step before launch.

Checking changes across pages, flows, and devices helped me identify issues early and communicate fixes clearly with design and development teams.
